We are a private studio of wellness professionals whose goal is to bridge the gap between healthcare and fitness.
Our personal trainers specialize in Medical Exercise. Clients with conditions such as: Orthopedic, Neurological, and Cardiovascular conditions come to us for safe and effective exercise training. For our athletes, we have extensive experience that helps with injury prevention, improve performance, and with post-rehab work.
What that means for you is whether you are newly released from physical therapy, currently managing conditions (i.e. low back pain, hypertension, diabetes, etc), in athletics needing to stay fit and healthy, or a weekend warrior wanting to improve athleticism, we are your solution!
Personal Training
We offer 1-on-1 training, small groups, or virtual training. Our specialties include but are not limited to:

- Functional Training (strength, Weight-loss, & Balance)

- TPI Golf Fitness
- Sports Specific and Speed Agility Quickness Training
- Egoscue Postural Alignment Exercise
Group Classes
Build your community by joining one of our small group classes. This is a great way to build accountability which we believe leads to more success. Classes are limited to a max of 8 people to alow for individual attention from your instructor.

Exercise Solutions was born out of a deep passion to help people achieve their best physical self. With over 40 years of experience, trainers Michon and Alana teamed up with the idea to create a private and personal studio versus a traditional gym.
Along the way we continue to expand our services to help clients achieve their best physical selves.
